Notice of the International Delivery Delays due to COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus)

Thank you for the continued supports for ARCOFIT.

We would like to let you know that the widely reported Coronavirus pandemic is impacting the production and dispatch of products from our international warehouse in Hong Kong, China, Vietnam. As a result, it is foreseen that there also may be slight delays in the delivery schedule.

There will be a 10-15 days delay. This will affect orders made after March 16th. We do apologize for the inconvenience and will do everything in our power to complete and ship all orders as soon as possible.   

  • Processing time usually takes between 3-7 days, but may take up to 2 weeks due to high volume of orders (Delivery no late than 6 weeks).
  • International Standard Shipping (Delivery Within Approx 2-6 Weeks)

Please contact us at shop@arcofit.com if your tracking number is not up after 2-3 weeks.
